It feels good to be back.
3d printing is addictive. I got my printer on Thursday and itās been running non-stop except nights.
Iām playing with how far I can push Cursor AI to build an iOS app. 2 views down and it worked great. Still all basic stuff, but works nicely. On the third view it fell over though. I had a calendar on the left and the dayās data on the right. Cursor couldnāt get the data to update based on the date.
I just clicked erase and install fresh on our iMac. Soon it will be ready for re-sale.
My new Mac mini arrived yesterday. I havenāt had time to set it up yet. So instead I spent the evening reading up on what has changed in macOS since OS X 10.11, which is the last version my old iMac ran.
I think I figured out what I donāt like about Tapestry. It makes me scroll up. So Iām scrolling past the whole articles from the bottom and if I want to read it I have to scroll down again. And then when Iām finished with an article I have to scroll up past it again. Thatās a whole lot of back and forth.
Testing out Tapestry. Iām still not sure the combined timeline is for me.
After about two years of sitting in the closet, I finally reconnected my Promise Pegasus R6. It is now running a hardware check across six 2TB disks. Itās going to take a while.
Iām taking a deep dive into 3D printing to prepare for a Bambulab printer we are going to get in a few weeks. Fun topic.
